Venorela’s terms allow eligible products to be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
To be eligible under the standard policy, products must be unopened, in the original packaging, and in new, resalable condition.
Opened or used bottles are not refundable under the standard 30-day return policy unless support confirms a separate exception or applicable law requires a different outcome.
